Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Solution was solved by apology, oil change package , and with a promise that in the future they would make an effort to treat customers so no one coming into the dealership would be treated like I was....

that was what made me decide the situation was resolved. Steve listened to what I had to say.

The apology was appreciated. Don't know if I'll take them up on the oil change, but the offer was kind.

I brought my chrysler mini van in for service for a recall. When I made the appointment I was told it would take 90 minutes.

After 2 hours I was told it would take 3 hours or more. They don't give their customers a ride home, I didn't have a choice and had to take their rental. After my van had been there 7 hours they let me know it was done.

It was never explained to me why it took so long and no one said they were sorry. They didn't care that I had to scramble to change my schedule or that I had to go back to pick up my van.
