Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Solution was solved by apology, oil change package , and with a promise that in the future they would make an effort to treat customers so no one coming into the dealership would be treated like I was....

The apology was appreciated. Don't know if I'll take them up on the oil change, but the offer was kind.
I have posted 4 bad reviews. I have filed a complaint with headquarters and called them as well.
The Antioch dealership doesn't care the consumer and providing good service. I was told they would send me a survey and they never did, probably because they had treated me poorly. You don't tell a customer a job will take 90 minutes.. instead take 7hours...
and not even say you are sorry. Big inconvenience for me to go back the next day to pick up my van.
After 2 hours I was told it would take 3 hours or more. They don't give their customers a ride home, I didn't have a choice and had to take their rental. After my van had been there 7 hours they let me know it was done.
It was never explained to me why it took so long and no one said they were sorry. They didn't care that I had to scramble to change my schedule or that I had to go back to pick up my van.
User's recommendation: Staff is dishonest . Don't take your van in for the recalls on the rear camera cause they don't know what they are going and staff has no concern for customers
