My XP-1 Does not work in colder weather

AI Highlights
  • - XP-1 works warm but not below 30 deg.
  • - In cold weather it shuts down and lights go out.
  • - Considering XP-10 HD, but reviews aren't promising.

Dear Antigravity Folks, I've had my XP-1 for over 4-years now, It always started my vehicle in warm weather, but never worked below 30 deg. I've only used it about a dozen times, but in cold weather it shuts down, all the indicator lights go out.

I bought this mainly for emergency's and keep in my trunk. I check the charge every 2-months. I've been looking at the XP-10 HD, but the online reviews

don't sound promising.

And I don't need another XP-1 problem. What are your thoughts.

Kindest Regards.

I had a XP-1 Micro-Start that swelled and caused the hard plastic case surrounding the battery to burst. I contacted customer service by E-mail and they requested a photograph of the battery and of the hologram.

I sent these things to them by e-mail and in turn, I received a new XP-1. They didn't even care that my warranty had expired several months prior to the incident. I couldn't be happier with the result.

I'd like to suggest you contact them. In my experience, they seem eager to make customers happy.
