I have personally contacted this company, by phone, on three occasions, attempting to discontinue service. The product is useless to me. On each occasion, representatives of the company assured me that whatever contract I may have had with them was no longer operative, and I would no longer be billed for the product. Nonetheless, I continue to be invoiced -- this month, for $43.00, with the following notation: 2CO.COM*Malwarebytes 96806432 30350. Is there any possibility, repeat, ANY POSSIBILITY, to discontinue billing from this company for its worthless product?
Please advise. Laurence C. Harmon, Attorney at Law 952 975 9040

They sold a program for 100.00 reduced to 49.00. All this does is tell you that your computer is in danger and you need to spend additional monies to fix.
They show you programs that have stopped running. (Very normal.) Check out utube on twikbit a scam.

They will show false positives for Google Analytics tag, then charge you to remove it, then send you an email saying they were wrong and it was a false positive and that they didn’t actually remove any malware, but won’t refund your money.

I called Malwarebytes support May 24 to ask how I can get my scans back to normal since for 3 weeks every scan shows 183 pup's, even if I don't do a thing on-line. Alex Morri took remote control of my computer and told me that 15 people hacked my computer and can see al...

I work in internet security, the scams these guys are to pull are ridiculous. They will show false positives to get you to pay and then not refund your money when you show them proof from their own system that they were wrong.

Email sent about scan they did...I sent email to my host company about their practices. Evidently email went directly to them...and 60 minutes later they had my sites closed down. Called what I thought was my host company...and they were going to charge $300 to clean it up...unless I signed up.
