I’ve tried every means possible to contact your company. There’s no direct number.

I’ve got learning disability so I’m struggling with this really badly. I lost *** £300 today because I’ve got an program that I can’t even use because it wants an old login for something I bought years ago This is a disgrace no one even got back to me

There is no one to contact in person, which is really sad because sometimes people with disabilities use your products and I feel that this is a little bit unfair because I can't use my product now when I really need it. I've been a customer of yours for a long time and it has been fine up until this point, but I'd like to be able to talk to a human or at least to chat.

User's recommendation: Please have some kind of a chat system or a person you can talk to face-to-face because it’s not really fair fair otherwise
