User's recommendation: Don't do dine in the restaurant, I had a problem for 2 weeks and still cannot get someone to call me back to resolve my issue. Do not purchase gift cards as you cannot pay your tip on the gift card. Manager said it was a corporate choice to not be able to pay your gratuity on your gift card. You have to leave the tip in cash. I will not longer dine inside the restaurant. I purchase a thousand dollars worth of gift cards for several years, NOT ANY MORE.

An unused balance
- - Unable to redeem a $10 reward at payment; staff and manager couldn't resolve it, I left after 15 minutes, and corporate hasn't returned calls.
Went to pay my bill and asked waitress to redeem my rewards, when she came back she said couldnt redeem the $10? When I asked her why she had no answer so I asked for a manager to look into and after 15 minutes comes back to say three people cant figure out how to redeem it?
Its clearly there on my rewards app but manager would come out to talk so I just left.
I have now called corporate at least 4 times and no return call. Whats the point of giving rewards if you cant use them?
