Rv not safe

Very attentive at time of the sale, but they don't know you after that. RV was on consignment but once on the road, Brakes bad, steering is dangerous. Not sure of the person who did the inspection, nothing explained at time of sale. I was in a rush but a box on wheels was not worth the price. Heater non-op, water leaks, water heater non-op.
