Rv not safe
Very attentive at time of the sale, but they don't know you after that. RV was on consignment but once on the road, Brakes bad, steering is dangerous.
Not sure of the person who did the inspection, nothing explained at time of sale.
I was in a rush but a box on wheels was not worth the price. Heater non-op, water leaks, water heater non-op.

Bought a RV from them. They have a 30 day warrantee.
They didnt come and fix things wrong with it until the 30 days were over. So any work they didnt complete was left on me to repair, and they caused more damage by drilling holes in outside siding, ladder and snapped off bolts on a/c unit. They werent even smart enough to see they squished the a/c unit gasket out and then my a/c leaked inside unit. Very nice when bought RV, delivered it with rotted awning, sliding door that still doesnt shut square, and put a skylight cover on backwards-glad I caught that one.
The roof was to be re-sealed before delivery, it was not. Along with the door being fixed. The sliding glass door and screen were never fixed and cost me out of pocket 240.00- and I have not had door done yet as the entire door frame has to be removed. Then they became mean, refused to do the work, and made me go through the BBB.
They still refuse to do the work. The ladder I had installed now has extra holes drilled in it, a broken bracket for that, and instead of drilling from the oitside to inside to put a support bracket in, the uncapable maintenance person they have drilled from the inside to oitside. Now more holes in rv as obviously you cant see where the holes are on the outside. Very diceptive and full of BS company to deal with.
This is my 4th rv and first one I got from a dealer, never again!!! They are seedy like a used care salesman. They skylights were wrong size and wouldnt close as they bent hinges from some trashy ones they had on site. They delivered it with a bulge in the spare tire and the wrong plates for a different rv.
Pretty trahy business. The rv was not ready when I was ready to have it delivered. I was assured that all this work would be done and wasnt upon delivery. But then they came at me with 'there is just no pleasing me'.
All I wanted is what I paid for and in TX thats not happening! What a joke of a business. Lang and Carolyn Crawford-you should be ashamed of yourself. If not going to stand behing warrantee..mthen dont offer one!
What a joke scam you are for a business. You are definately used car liying sales people.

Now for the truth!! Please keep in mind that Ms Nancy Greiger bought a used 2009 Jayco travel trailer not a brand new one, however this rv was in excellent shape for the year.
Ms Grieger purchased her 2009 Jayco from Anthony RV Center on 02/02/16.
All of our RVs are sold as is where is which is clearly stated on the sales order. We do guarantee the RV as a courtesy for up 30 days, but the customer will need to bring the rv back to Anthony RV for repairs. We perform a comprehensive 100 Point inspection before the unit is delivered. Ms.
Greiger came to Anthony RV at least 3 times before she took delivery and inspected the RV. She sprayed scotch guard on everything and she was given a complete orientation on the RV and we showed her how to work everything and that everything was in working order. She was very happy and satisified on all these visits, She was unable to pick up the rv and as a courtesy we delivered the rv over 100 miles. Once we delivered the rv she was given another complete walk through with no issues.
A few days later the complaints started. She complianed about the refrigerator seal was not to her satisfaction. She told us that she was unable to bring the rv back to us for repair so we told her that we could send her a new seal and that she could easily do the repair. She then decided to start completely picking the rv apart and contacted a local rv repair shop to fix a multitude of issues that she felt needed to be repaired.
The local rv place gave her an estimate of $2155.00. The local rv repair shop was clearly trying to take advantage of her for repairs that were unnecessary. We tried to make arrangements with her to have her bring her rv back and have all the issues resolved but she was either too busy or doctor appointment, did not have any place to leave her pet ect. We felt compasion for her because she told us that she a PTSD and had sustained injurys and was always in pain.
We decided at our expense to send our entire crew up to her rv but we wanted to know 100% of all the issues that she had so that we could get her taken care of. Our personnel arrived and spent another 10 hours on unnecessary work. We did not charge her a dime for all this additional expense. She has harassed us non stop and despite all the additional work that we did we could not make her happy.
About a week later she called back and wanted some other ridiculous thing done and she had already passed our 30 day warranty period. A few day later we received a visit from the Anthony Police Department because she called them. The officer listened to everything that we had been through with this woman and all the additional work that we did and felt like we had gone over and beyond to help this woman.
We have taken her abuse and witnessed some very unusual behavior. All we can do is wish her the best but we owe her nothing!!!
