Malpractice...During a course of acupuncture treatment consisting of seven sessions, I experienced a burn during the final session. I did not receive any apology from the acupuncturist following the incident.
The clinics owner/CEO later reached out and offered a complimentary massage; however, I felt this was not an appropriate resolution given the severity of the outcome, as it has resulted in a lasting mark.
I am very disappointed with the experience and concerned about the level of care provided.
