RIPOFF ANTHEM MOVERS
They broke my antique coffee table and spilled orange soda on the carpet thereby ruining it because I paid two companies to steam clean it and it did not come clean. They utilized CSI to handle their insurance claims but now thsy cancelled CSI services and as usual I cannot get them to return my call!
DO NOT USE ANTHEM MOVING! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR MOVE!!
THEY DID MINE!! CON ARTISTS!!!

Deceptive Business Practices
This company never contacted me to resolve this problem.
I was told one thing over the phone and it was totally different than what was in the contract, which like a dummy I did not read because I believed what I was told by Michael on the phone. He quoted me a price said I needed to give them a deposit to lock in that price which I did.
When I questioned him about what happens if I have to cancel he stated that I COULD CANCEL ANY TIME but that there would be a fee of 150.00. Not once did he mention that I had to cancel within 48 hours to get the refund. Our move was scheduled for Aug 30th with the option of changing the date if needed.
I called and canceled on July 2, 2019 and sent a email stating the same on July 3, 2019. After numerous calls I was told that I would not be getting a refund.

Horrible company designed to scam money from customers
Contracted with them to move my daughter fro Baton Rouge, LA to Hattiesburg, MS. They kept moving the contracted date as I would have to call to see what was going on.
There were no volunteer communication. Always forced to do so. Given information online because he said this was the only way he could give a discount and could only accept payment by check. It took them from July 6 to July 18 to come.
he had been told that it was urgent. when he finally arrived, the driver came in measuring the content when I had already given them the content of a 3 bedroom apartment and 2 baths. the driver said content didn't measure same as 360cf on contract. Sent a smaller truck and one driver.
I was promised an eighteen wheeler and 3 men. He had on the contract $2038. But at arrival. they wanted me to allow them to move the 360cf of content, then negotiate for the remainder of the 400cf as measured by the driver on arrival at the apartment.
The price would have more than doubled. We cancelled and got a mover the following day which was Friday. we were moved Saturday.
I wish I had read those reviews. I wouldn't have ever gotten them.
