Fraudulent and Incompetent

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. First, they kidnapped my Google voice number after I was done using my service, and are now charging $9 per month to use my own number.

Now, suddenly they are charging me for the USE of that number -- and saying I am limited to 200 minutes per month. They are fraudulent, and yet when you call to get things fixed, they pass you around and say no one can help you.

The absolute worse company I have ever dealt with! I would never recommend them, under any circumstance whatsoever!

Answer Force - Charges after account is closed

I started Answer Force with the intention to use it during my maternity leave. I cancelled my account on 5/31/2015 with a sales agent.

I emailed and called to confirm my account was closed after an email about my monthly invoice was received on 6/8/2015. On 6/8/2015 a rep contacted me and said everything was fine, my account was closed. On 7/4/2015 I was charged $200 without permission! CHARGED ON A HOLIDAY?!?!

The unauthorized charge completely ruined my weekend.

Their client services department was conveniently closed so I had to cancel my weekend plans.

Still waiting for word on whether or not I'll get my money back.

They billed me for FOUR more months AFTER I cancelled my account. Then wanted to offer a settlement of me paying half.....

Why would I pay for even 1 more month when I cancelled my account? Now some bootleg collections agency is calling me.

Ugh.... #NeverAnswerforce
