Screwing us military vets plus applying an illigal rax on customers
Veterans must choose to pay an illegal few to receive a military reduction in their bill, or do without. This is a new application by the new manager. Florida governor's office has informed this respondent of such illegal fee's being charged as a Florida tax. Most business at this location refused to apply this fee to its customers, including grocery stores, hotels, major chains and larger restaurants.

Company once again failed to respond. This appears to be the way they handled complaints, even legal ones.
A company against military veterans. They refused a discount even though they have a policy to offer same. They enforce an illegal tax. FL Gov's. Office advised fee is a vol. Entertainment offering and is not mandatory. Veterans required to select which will take place, military discount or entertainment fee.If ifD

If you had a negative star rating I would have chosen that. Their customer service at the corporate office is absolutely terrible! No one ever answered the phone , leave a message and we will call back. No they don't! And the people in the Houston shop don't even know their own corporate office numbers!

Last Saturday 11/05/2022 I ordered a shrimp and grits to go. Needless to say, when I got home to eat it I found a used cough drop stuck on the back of a piece of toast. Due to the restaurants closing at 2pm, the next day I went into the store to speak with a manager....

I have been with this company in Columbus ohio at the Easton location, since July. My first pay check was shrot missing days I worked because I did not have a clock in number and all my training days was only at 4.65 an hour. Still have not been able to see paystubs and today 10/102022 is pay day and I have not been paid.
