Stay away from this company. I got hung up on several times.
1st email customer service was great. She said she would put the crochet instructions on my bookshelf.
Never did happen. Ignored me further emails.
Nothing has happened. I asked for the crochet version to be uploaded; the original email said she would.
I haven't heard or received anything back.
After multiple calls, I just got hung up on and received no email back. I went through my credit card company for a refund.

On Dec 11 you received $187.64 from PayPal for my order of the Rosewood Block Crochet Afghan. I received the yarn.
I did not receive the download and video. My Bookshelf says there are no orders. After I contacted you and was told that it was sent I called PayPal to see what my options are. Both my husband and I have sent repeated pleas to you asking just for the download.
That shouldnt cost you any money to send to me what I already paid for and I dont understand your reluctance to work with me on this.

- 8 months of issues, a rep promised a fix, but it wasn't and charges continued.
I am definitely going to search out another company. As Annie's can't seem to correct the situation.
I believe they have computers working now, and they are not sending the right items to me. 8 months of this!

It has been a nightmare. I have been trying to deal with this company for 8 months, even personally with a person. She stated she straighten it out.
She didn't and then they charged my account again! I have gotten so frustrated over this last 8 months!!!

I have emailed Annie's addict several times. Never get any results.
They always send me a generated email back, but they never refund my money or send me any products. They withdrew almost $100 out of my account and I got nothing for it. It's been 3 and 1/2 months now.

Do not order or give them your card number! They charge my account three times in one month, AND bounced my Account!
Now I've waited for 3 months AND I did not get any product.
On top of that they will not contact you back, only with a generic email. Totally frustrating.
Annie's Attic charged me three times for one kit. It overdrew my account!
And I've been on the phone for hours trying to figure this thing out. But I can't get a hold of anybody, and Annie won't stop charging my account!

Annie's has sent me one kit club which is worth $31 and some cents. They have charged me that amount three times.
Which has caused my bank account to overdraw. And now I only have $12 left.

- Kit 4 arrived two months ago and Kit 5 arrived one month ago.
- Video access not fixed after password change; online-only support with no live agents and billing issues.
I have a subscription to Crochet Striped Sampler Afghan. I received Kit 4 two months ago and Kit 5 one month ago.
I have contacted the company (now Annie's Attic) multiple times to advise them I do not have access and request they make the video instructions available to me. The merger of Annie's Kit Club and Annie's Attic has been a train wreck. (I have had delayed shipments on a different separate subscription, duplicate shipping on the crochet subscription, and an errant invoice when they have my credit card on file and charged me for a shipment.) They were silent on the matter until today when I received an email instructing me to change my password and go to my digital library, and all my videos would be waiting for me. I changed my password and logged into my account.
However, nothing changed. I can't get anywhere with their customer service.
They do everything online; I can't speak with a live person. Their automated response to customer service requests asks that you only place one service ticket, and yes, they realize they are not providing responses at the level they hoped for.
