Over 400 errors were found June 11, 2014 Techhart did not contact me.

On June 11, 2014 my computer was running slow and I had a problem with my mail. Techhart did not call me and neither did Microsoft. I was contacted by a company in Nevada who cleaned up my problems and explained the details to me. Their rate was cheaper too. I am demanding a refund of $220.00. I was billed February 21, 2014 by credit card and this amount was paid the same day. I sent a note to Microsoft Customer Service about this. I requested copies of by card bill and bank statement for March 2014. This information can be furnished by written request. In your reply I need your address and Supervisor Smith's fax number.
