I recently purchased your white kohl waterline eyeliner from Shoppers Drug Mart. There werent any testers available for me to check the consistency and pigmentation, yet still decided to buy the product as I trusted your companys quality standards. However when I tried it at home, I was unable to see any pigmentation and was extremely dissatisfied. I tried returning the product the next day and was refused a refund because the product was opened. How was I supposed to check the product before purchasing if there werent any testers?

User's recommendation: The customer service replied requesting the product lot number and other details I did sent all attached a video of the product but I didn’t hear from them and I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved

Dissatisfaction with product

Already I am expecting not to receive an answer without vulgarities. The company uses the pissedcustomers!

What reputable company uses a low class and unprofessional word like that.

I do not like your products I purchased from you. Unfortunately, I did not send the first order back in time for a refund because I thought I was only paying shipping and handling. Unfortunately, however, even if I had I had just suffered a heart attack and a face cream was not in my mind. However, your cream and firming serum made my skin break out in a rash.

You have sent me a second order which you have charged me for, but I have not received. I am returning the product to you for a refund of the second order shipped on 3/21/2022.

I am horrified by your unprofessional use of what is clearly not standard English. Shocking. Where does this company originate - the gutter?

One might quite comfortably talk to a friend using slang and vulgarities.

But no cosmetic company from the most prestigious to the the cheapest would ever used the word, pissed. Is your CEO illiterate in English or simply a LOW LIFE.
