Within 24 hours of making a reservation I received NINE separate emails about the booking - good way to antagonize a guest before they even arrive.

All resolved and a great stay here, can thoroughly recommend -- but cannot find way to delete my previous comment or delete account.
You can’t it’s here on the web foreve. So because you had to expend an erg if energy clicking your mouse you have put a review up that will now never go away.
Must feel nice to know that your ignorance is going to cost them customers for YEARS to come. I guess you thought you could just remove it at some point once you got whatever it was you wanted by placing a blackmail post.
Thankfully, they actually have a legal remedy. They just sue you and this site.
Thanks Anonymous, yes, my error that I am trying to resolve by jumping through the ridiculous hoops this site imposes upon genuine posters who wish to update and remove their posts. No intent or thought of blackmail on my part, just reported the facts for the vendor to improve, which they have reviewed and appreciated.
