Was charged twice. Then a late fee! Spent two months trying to get it straight! Lots of rude incompetent people work for this credit card company! Called faxed wrote letters to no avail! Paid for 32 dollar shirt 3 times over after a late fee! I hate ann Taylor loft credit card! Never again!

I typically do my Loft shopping in store because of their sizing inconsistencies but since the selection in petite sizes is so much better online I decided to take a chance on a coat. I placed the order on 11/26 and was given a SHIP date of between 12/5 and 12/8. That in itself seemed an excessive turnaround time for an item to ship but it's the holidays so.....
