- Cannot find a way to contact the company to request a $198 refund.
I close my business about seven months ago due to medical reasons and when I did, I canceled my Animoto account as well as I have canceled other accounts.
I can not find a way to tech out to this company to give a refund of$198. The bank can not find a way to contact the company.

- Monthly basic subscription not activated.
- No status after emailing for updates.

I have purchased monthly basic subscription but my account was not activated.
I have emailed for further updates but not received any status on that.
I would like to receive the refund as in time I didn't get satisfied result from Animoto the way it is maintained.
As a customer I got very bad experience with the company.
So I request to provide refund and maintain the dignity of the company.
