Purchased Basic subscription still not able to download video

Animoto - Purchased Basic subscription still not able to download video
I have purchased monthly basic subscription but my account was not activated. I have emailed for further updates but not received any status on that. I would like to receive the refund as in time I didn't get satisfied result from Animoto the way it is maintained. As a customer I got very bad experience with the company. So I request to provide refund and maintain the dignity of the company.
