Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. My order was delivered on 12/24.
I placed an order on 12/7 for a Jace Beleren MTG Dream Cloak for my son. The money was taken from my credit card, ending in 5152, on the same day, but I never received any emails or texts stating that the order was received or being processed.
When I placed the order over three weeks ago, I thought it said I would receive it by 12/23. Help!

My concern was it wouldn't arrive by Christmas. It did!!Thank You.
I placed an order for the Jace Beleren Magic the Gathering Dream Cloak Coat on 12/7 - the charges of $92.67 on my Wells Fargo card ending in 5152 were deducted the same day. I never received any emails or texts stating the order was received or being processed other than it showed on my credit card. When I placed the order 3 weeks ago it did say it would be received by 12/23!

I will not use the service ever again especially if I don't get mine $65 for the item that was too small after I requested a refund not store credit a refund nor have I received the second item I ordered in the correct size so more than likely I will not tell anybody to order from you again believe that don't fix it won't get my money again ever

I tried to order a t-shirt and it said it failed 3 times but it actually charged me 3 times and I still haven't received a receipt or confirmation of any of the orders. Now they are replying to my emails saying that my payments failed and I'm not receiving anything.
