4 months ago my 10 year old diabetic Pomeranian dog was diagnosed with cataracts in his eyes and was losing his vision slowly. I was recommended to Dr.Robert Swinger who charged me $400 to diagnose my dog and then advised me for $4000 he could perform eye surgery that has a 95% success rate that my dog will see perfectly "like when he was young " for the rest of his life. Within 4 weeks after his surgery my dog is now totally blind for life. Furthermore Dr.Swinger informed me that all follow up services after the surgery for 6 months were included in the cost of the surgery but instead he charged me for each visit after his failure and he is simply a liar and a con artist. Avoid him and his clinic like the plague. He should lose his license to practice medicine before he hurts other animals. ID
