Overcharged & Dog was groomed incorrectly
I've been using this groomer/vet for three years.They have consistently over charged me.On July 14th I took my *** Zu in for a Grooming "Only".
They charged me $298.00 + I ordered a refill for his ear medicine...That's All,for $298.00
I was so upset I didn't notice until on my way home..They shaved off my dog's eyelashes & eyebrows .This particular breed I own has very sensitive eyes,that's why they're with extra long lashes.I've made two attempts to speak with them and not one call was returned.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
Think about this again: a small dog grooming for $298 dollars

Dr. Jerome Schwartz is a greedy and selfish man.
He was shameful, and heartless to a homeless cat. He insulted me after I asked him to take just a moment of his time to tell me if a street cat I had rescued, was pregnant. It is a simple abdominal check that takes 2 seconds. He insulted me personally, after I told him that the Humane Society would abort the kittens if she was pregnant.
I went on to say that I was trying to prevent the abortion and he then called ME a "charity case".
He should really call his business, the Animal CARE LESS Clinic. He only "cares" if
he gets paid.
