I need to download my cnur video project, it is my pharmacology project due tomorrow morning.
Its not letting me download..just saying processing 0% for hours and Im so fry so need to get the video submitted ASAP

If I could give a zero, I would. They advertise this company as a provider of free software.
To do anything, you have to upgrade to a monthly or yearly subscription.
Then, to download or publish any material, you have to pay more than the membership to use the creation. It's a complete rip off and there is no customer service support.

I'm still being charged after canceling
I canceled my subscription and am still having money stolen from my account! I want a refund and Cannot get hold of anyone.
