I also did not receive a coin in the mail from this dealer. When eBay made him refund my money, he sent me a nasty email accusing me of cheating him.

Just stumbled onto this and it brought back some nightmare memories. A few years ago I ordered a coin from this Canadian seller and it was pure junk.

Got blocked when I asked to return for refund and had at least 25 paypal requests for 3 times the amount I paid.

Had to call paypal and it stopped but occasionally I get rude emails. This seller has a mental problem, read the feedback he leaves people who have complaints on his ebay feedback.

Benoit Dombrowski told me when I stopped into his store that he is a marathon runner, so it would be no surprise that he'd use that moniker in an e-mail address.

There's a good chance that the praise message was authored by Benoit Dombrowski himself.

Reading all the posts here is necessary as this seems to go on and on over a .95 cent Canadian coin that was never sent or received by me.

What is *** is that this person Jeff is most likely another Isabelle who is one of the few friends that Benoit Dombrowski has and the message was posted from an IP address that is in and near New Tecumseh, Alliston and Mount Albert, ONTARIO, not very far from Angus or Barrie where Benoit Dombrowski slithers about, less than an hour drive at the most.

Ontario is a massive territory. Coincidence? I think not.

The Isabelle that has sent me this has fallen for the typical twisting and turning around of facts and thinks he is doing Benoit Dombrowski a favor but getting himself involved with each harassing email he sends.

I have been buying from Angus Coin Shop for some time now, Praise Praise Praise is all for this little local store.

Always friendly, easy to get along with and very honest.

This is a retaliation for a claim I initiated through Paypal for a .95 cent 2012 Canadian nickel that was purchased on 7/22/2012 and immediately paid for by me, yet never received.

Beniot Dombrowski promptly refunded the $3.94 that I was charged which included the shipping after I filed a dispute on 8/6/2012.

Beginning 8/7/2012 I have been getting INVOICES from Paypal for various amounts but have cancelled at least 10 requests for payment for $59.95 CAD since I did not order anything further from anguscoins@***.com from Beniot Dombrowski.

I have contacted eBay several times, I have contacted Paypal several times and they have written to Beniot Dombrowski with the following:

Dear Benoit Dombrowski, Thank you for contacting PayPal Customer Support. We were recently contacted by our mutual customer xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with the email address xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx regarding the multiple invoices/money requests for $59.95 CAD that you have sending. We are writing to request that you cease sending any further money requests to the buyer as the buyer does not owe you any payment. We appreciate your timely response in this matter. Benoit Dombrowski has continued to send these invoices after being informed I have been reporting him to various parties frequesting that he stop harassing me.

I have reported this matter to IC3.gov Complaint Id: I120810****232891 and informed Benoit Dombrowski of every complaint and communication I have made about this matter.

I had to eliminate the email address that I had that Benoit Dombrowski was phishing, spamming and harrassing me with.

This is entirely false information in the response provided by Angus Coin Shop - Beniot Dombrowski on August 14, 2012.

I have a complete and rather lengthy record of this entire ordeal with message detail and message sources and telephone records from my provider with the many calls I made to both eBay and Paypal to have them ask Beniot Dombrowski on my behalf to put a stop to the harassment. I have the copies of the communications in my cancellations of continued attempts by Beniot Dombrowski to get me to pay for something that I did not even order.

Beniot Dombrowski cannot produce anything that shows that I have ordered anything for any amount from him that amounts to a total of C $59.95 or C $40.90 which were the amounts I was billed for many times.

I implore you to demand that Beniot Dombrowski produce proof for an order for anything justifying those amounts and ask him to show you the actual order. He has nothing to show, thus my complaint is justified.

He has nothing to prove his lies in his response that "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx keeps on asking me for an invoice on the coin in question after each cancellation."

This harassment began when a a payment of $3.94 CAD to angus_coin_shop was refunded by the same when an item I had paid for was not received and I opened a case with eBay for a refund of payment.

This item has never arrived to date.

I had to change my email addresses and passwords in both eBay and Paypal to put a stop to getting billed.

I will gladly forward these facts to the BBB upon request, either electronically or by hard copy through the mail. Whatever is needed, I am completely available to produce my evidence upon request.

I do not accept any response from Beniot Dombrowski. The damage is done. My complaint stands and should become public information.

I have proof that my complaint is substantiated and true. I am not the person in the position to be defending myself as the response by Beniot Dombrowski on August 14, 2012 is attempting to do.

This consumer is playing games. As a business, it is my obligation to fulfill customer request. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx keeps on asking me for an invoice on the coin in question after each cancellation. I will stop sending invoices to him; all his e-mails will be blocked including the internet. It is now obvious that he is an undesirable consumer that only wants to hurt businesses. I just got off the phone with one of your representative to remove sensitive banking information that xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx had included in the message.

Desired resolution; I want xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx banned from using BBB, that will prevent him from trying to hurt another business.
