Angie's hair replacement
This is from a very young girl who moved across the county right after she purchased a hair system. She had another person cut and ruin it and then wanted her money back. We actually replaced her hair system two times but she was never going to be happy. It's common business practices for a business to not guarantee a product that has been cut and altered by another person. Unfortunately this youg lady has some emotional problems and it effected Angie's a hair replacement in negative way. We wish her the best and hope she get some help.
Angela Califano won't refund my money or fix the system I ordered
I worked with Angela Califano for a little over a year. When I moved away, I asked her to do another custom hair system for me and send it to me. She overcharged me for this hair system. She had been disorganized, apologized for the overcharge, and offered to refund me the money or put the difference towards another hair system order. When I received the system, the size was completely wrong despite having a custom mold of my head. At her direction, I returned the system. She fired me as a client for being angry with her. I insisted on getting my refund from the overcharge on this order, and she agreed to send it to me. She has since refused to send me the refund for this overcharge. I am not sure why she has refused despite earlier admitting her mistake and agreeing to send it. A few months after sending the messed up custom order back, I received a system from Angela which was supposed to be fixed. I had waited for three months for the mistake to be corrected. When I got the system, I found that the size was still completely wrong. In fact, it was exactly the same as what I had received three months before. At that point, having waited months, and desperately needing a new system, I asked my new salon to make the necessary (and expensive) alterations to make the system work for me. I asked Angela to try and make it right. I had ordered a system from her, been overcharged, not received a refund for the overcharge, received something different from what she promised, sent the system back and trusted her to correct the mistake, waited for months, received the same system. She refused to help me further, saying that I should have returned the system a second time. She said that she couldn't trust me to tell the truth about the size of the mold being an error. She refused to admit she had made a mistake. She refused to pay for the cost of the salon alterations, to return my overcharge refund, or to get me a new system for free. She has stopped responding to me and has been uncooperative in helping me further.

I want $615--$120 for what you agreed to refund in an overcharge and the $495 in alterations to the system to make it work.
