Client Insults

After cancelling and re-arranging transport of a car they hurled insults at the client including xenophobic comments and threatened to hold back their booking fee and cancel the order. Of course the client cant afford the several hundred dollars so the throw at him did you read the small print in the contract. This Industry man it needs to learn how to benefit from putting the client first.
