The owner needs to get over herself and the jewelry quality is terrible

First off the owner feels you owe her for just breathing the same as she is breathing. Nothing humble about her. She uses her cultural background as an excuse for behaving badly. The jewelry she shows you for your opening order is totally different than what you receive when your initial order arrives. We all know the jewelry industry is difficult to navigate, however, we must work together. This company is not willing to resolve any issues. Barking loudly on the phone is what they do best. They will not hold themselves accountable for's the retailers fault, just be aware, that if something needs to be replaced or repaired, its the retailers fault, Angelique is perfect. I would advise not teaming up with this company on any level.

Angelique de Paris refuses return on initial order of defective merchandise.

I purchased wholesale $3246 of jewelry from Angelique de Paris of resin jewelry. i was told that the start-up order was refundable if it did not meet with our quality review. The jewelry had defects and was peeling. I tried to return twice and they refused to accept shipment. They put on bill - all sales final and no returns. But that is not what they promised on the phone when ordering. I tried to ship this back 15 days after receipt and the shipment was refused and 32 days after receipt and the shipment was refused. Don't buy defective merchandise from this company!
