Wrong Colour,terrible customer service,lost money

I purchased a dress from angellamall.com. The dress came back the wrong colour.I pointed out to them that is was the colour even using their own colour chart for reference. After many emails they still refused to replace the dress. They did offer to refund 15% which was $30 on a $250 dress. I offered to send the dress back at my expense but the answer was still no to getting the dress in the right colour. So I'm stuck with a dress I can't wear and no money.They don't take paypal only credit card so once you have signed for the dress regardless of size, colour or even not being the dress you ordered there's not alot you can do to get your money back. I am not the only one they have this to. Please don't waste your time and money with these people.
