Bad Character, Rude, Bad business skills

Charlene Pate Wappler is an insurance agent in Bridge city Texas. When I started with her in obtaining some insurance for my car, she was rude, wouldnt answer calls, and takes a very long time to get back with you. I have since went elsewhere with far better customer service. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!
