***'s does not stand behind their plants

After a distasteful experience some years ago, I swore to never buy from ***'s again. July 14, 2024, I broke this promise and ordered two different species of one genus.
Received two plants 7/20/24. Species orchids tend to bloom seasonally. One flowered last year and was correct. Both are flowering now, and both are exactly the same species.
I sent a photo and questioned the ID of the second plant several months ago. The response to date: absolutely none. So ***'s is crossed off my list for good.
Guess I'll have to start badmouthing them to other orchid nerds. Very poor business model.

Preferred solution: Correct species - Malaxis acuminata I will gladly return the second Malaxis latifolia - two is too many.
User's recommendation: Don't be too optimistic. A wide selection, if only the correct plant was delivered.
