AI Highlights
  • - Financed a 2017 Ford Explorer; first payment made.
  • - Charging light came on and the car shut down.
  • - Diagnoses cost $207 and $217; tow was required.

I financed a 2017 ford explorer and just made my first payment when the charging system service light came on then start shutting the car down. I had bought a new alternator and had a mechanic put it on but it did not fix it so I contacted andy mohr they told me to bring it in to have it fixed I had to have it towed there and they said I bought it as is so they had to charge me for a diagnosis test of 207.00 to find out what's wrong with it so I did and then they told me I had to take it to a ford dealership.

So i contacted andy mohr ford dealership and they told me to bring it in for another diagnosis which will cost me another 217.00. The andy mohr kia told me that the fprd dealership has a different diagnosis machine and the right tools for a ford. Why didn't they just send me to the ford dealership in the first place. Now have already put out over 600.00 in one month.

Like I said it is a 2017 ford explorer that I only had for 30 days and just paid my first payment. I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from andy mohr.

They to me are scammers. Do not buy a car from andy mohr

Loss:
$600

Cons:

User's recommendation: Do not deal with andy mohr when purchasing a vehicle.
