Bad Diagnosis of vehicle and response.

Hello, I really wanted to speak to the owner of the company since he seems to really care about his customers! After reading a variety of complaints with the better business buearau, I am hestiant! My name is Mr. Henry McEachin. My Dodge Journey has been going through some changes at your Plainfield location. My family has had no vehicle now going 2 weeks! No loaner available! Really? Giving a refund for the second mess up that was not my fault, but no compation for what we are going through! GM could not even call me. But Dee has tried his best and even listened with empthay! Maybe he should be the GM! We have been loyal customers and have bought 3 cars from you! My wife wanted to report to channel 6 news, but I believe in Andy Mohr of doing the right thing. Do not deal with this mgr of used car sales at Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield,IN. He is rude,will change numbers,question your integrity,accuse you of having buyers remorse,is argumentative,attacking,lacking knowledge,won't discuss in a rational manner your concerns. Doing all of this while you're being subjected to watching him make Ramen Noodles.

Most of the BBB complaints regarding Andy Mohr Toyota are about the financing department. When buying a car they have a few "extra chargers" they throw in. If you have an appointment to buy a car you can count on sitting in the waiting room a couple hours, by this time you just want out and they have slipped an extra $299 to $400 in fees
