I placed an order, did not receive it, contacted them by phone and e-mail. They have not replied. They ripped me off! The package they were in was delivered to me. It was open with nothing inside. The

USPS said their machines cut packages open and the contents fall out. They said they are not responsible. Beware! Do not order from this company. Wish I had used PayPal.

User's recommendation: Just don't order from these people.

Very bad Oreo ...snatched basics of a smartphone

It has snatched my phone's basic features like smart gestures .. double tap wake up...three finger swipe screenshot option..set up of choosing favourite ringtone out of music. Pls fix these too....

Android doesn't work

I bought an Android 9.7 with your company. I paid $199.95 for the tablet and $18.57 of shipping and handling. When you turn the Android on I get the icon and then on the screen it comes up SuperSonic and then the word Android comes up and that is all it does. I would like you to either replace this one or send me back my money are put what I have paid on the Android on a laptop. Let me know what I have to do to return this Android that doesn't work. I used it only 3 hours, I turned it off and the next morning I wanted to use my Android and it would not come on, please let me know what to do with it. I was just getting to learn how to use my Android.

Android based tablets are a hoax

I would not recommend anyone buy an android tablet of any sort. They are completely unreliable nor provide all of the functions expected. Applications available are second class at best and do not always work reliably if at all. Touch interface lags drastically and any application available behaves irrationally and freeze unexpectedly at any time regardless of the application. It was first blamed on Honey Comb then ICS, but has nothing to do with either. Do not waste money on any of them. Everyone ends up complaining or using as paper weight and wonder why. Stick to laptop or notebook, you will not regret it. I have not tried an Ipad but have heard similar complaints in a lesser fasion. Not even basic email and web surfing work in any form worth trying.

Android Watches are *** Quality

I bought a brand new Android AD446BS watch for my sons Christmas present for $207 and when I got the watch home and took it out of the box I discovered the watch did not work. I took the watch back to the shop I bought it from and they informed me that they would send the watch back to Android and get it fixed and that it would take approximately one week to be fixed, hence I would have it in plenty of time before Christmas. The watch took four weeks for Android to "fix" it hence it wasn't returned to me until after Christmas (very disappointing!). This was nowhere near as disappointing as what happened next. Once I got the watch home again I discovered that in "fixing" the watch they ended up getting the hands out of synchronization, such that the hour hand points to the hour when the minute hand is at half-past the hour. I contacted the shop again and suggested that Android should replace the watch with another new unit as it seams that they are not able to fix this watch. Android have refused this and want to have a third attempt to fix this watch. I have seen better quality watches from China for $1. I thought that Android took pride in the fact that they made a quality product. All I have experienced is a *** quality product and *** quality service.

What you got for your $207 is probably correct, an $11 Chinese movement watch. Android watches are, "throw away, beater" watches.

Sorry for your problem. Just stay away from Android.

I have to agree, that Android.is notjing more.than cheap Chinese junk that is gaudy junk. I bought one watch from them.when thet.were on shopnbc several.years ago.

I spent $250 on a three hand quartz plain leather strap watch. Upon arrival of the watch, it never kept anywhere near close.to accurate time somtimes even.being hours off in a weeks time! The battery.died.within 6 months of my purchase. So, I send it in for my free battery service that they offer.

I write them a long detailed note about the extremely.poor, time keeping and ask when they replace the battery if they could correct this for me, being the watch is only less than a year old. Months go by and I hear nothing and receive no watch in the mail?? I called CS, and no one knows of my watch, my name, or have any answers for me. Weeks go by, and they magically find my watch and send it to me...

And guess.what, no battery change!!,.my original reasoning for sending the watch in, in the first place. Ooh well, I wound up selling the watch in ebay, as defective, for about 1/6 the original purchase price. What a waste of my money, and time.

I wouldnt wear one of their watches if they paid,me to!! Ill stick to the Swiss brands they are tried and true.

I am dealing with a terrible Android watch situation... a while back I sent in my watch for cleaning.

They recommended sending it there (of course) when I told them there was "fogging" under the crystal. They call me weeks later to say that there was a break-in, and my watch was stolen, but they would replace the watch for me. Well, that sucks. The watch I owned they no longer made/sold.

But I found one similar. I called them back to tell them my choice. Months passed, no watch in the mail. I just called them to find out what was going on, and they acted as if they never heard from me about the replacement!

And now the watch I wanted as replacement isn't available.

All the other options are terrible. Last time I buy from them/deal with them, I hope!

I have owned many Andriod watches, most bought through the shopping network on TV. I have always been extremely pleased with the watches themselves and Android as a company.

I don't know what kind of store the op got his from but they are a terrible vendor. I also agree that Wing is the best as far as customer attention. Not often when you call a company can you get the owner on the phone. I have done this twice when I had questions on a watch.

I doubt very seriously that the store was an authorized seller of Android products and if they are, and you brought your experience to Wing's attention they would not be for long.

I stumbled upon this site while looking for coupon codes for Android.

I am about to order my 23 watch from them. :)

Just wanted to relate my first (and last) experience with Android customer service. I have other Androids and never had a problem.

I ordered a Divemaster Silverjet GMT 500 and I like the watch, but the band is really tacky looking (IMHO).I had read so many good things about Android customer support. My experience was horrible! Called and the woman who answered told me that I could, indeed, PURCHASE a 24 mm band to replace the leather one. Great!

I surely think that a stainless for leather swap was a very reasonable request.

Oh well, I am sure that many consumers consider Android to be a solid company who stand behind their watches. My experience with them today makes me think otherwise.

I have purchased 6 Android watches over the past couple of years with no problems. The owner of the company (Wing Liang) does seem to be a stand up guy and if he knew of your troubles with any of his watches he would do something about it, probably just send you a new one, with the quickness!

He is easily accessible on Facebook and he answers emails in a timely manner.

I say, give them another chance to satisfy you and you may grow to like these watches as much as many have over the past 9 years.

I would be still open to the idea of Android making things right for my situation.I bought this watch because it was something that my son wanted. I did not want a refund for the watch, however this was the only other option apart from agreeing to let Android have a second attempt to fix the watch.

I had already lost all confidence in their ability to fix this second time around based on them getting something as simple as the hand synchronization wrong on an analog watch.

Really who are they using to fix their watches? You would hope that they wouldn't risk a dodgy cheap repair under these circumstances, however that is just what they wanted to do - even the second time around.I would throw down the challenge to Android to fix this situation properly, else I stand by my original comment that they are a crap company with crap customer service and crap quality watches.I can be contacted on (707) 490-****.

You should realize that when you set the time on your watch the second hand stops. If you want to "sync" the hands, wait until the second had is at 12...
