Store Credit 'disappeared'
Avoid this Company
I checked them from time to time, it was still here. But last week I discovered that my store credit of over 200 $ has gone. Andrew Christian changed web/shop/system but could not migrate my store credit. They told me that it's my fault because I did not export/import.
But I did not know that worflow and honestly it's not my responsibility about there internal systems.
Andrew Christian is not willing to give me back my money (store credit) to use for future purchases. This is like stealing, they lost me as customer.

After adding a new shipping address on site, I entered a promo code that wouldnt go through. The page refreshed so I went to submit order as I gave up.
I missed that it went back to the default address and it was scheduled to go to the wrong address.
I tried everything to get this fixed but there was no one to speak with and they didnt respond to my email.
Today it shipped and I finally got ahold of someone and they say it is too late and have to work with UPS. Andrew Christian, get your site in order. This is insane that I couldnt fix this mistake immediately after placing.
Now Ill have to pay UPS a big fee to change my address because of your terrible system. The lady basically told me to *** Off but in polite CS language as nothing she can do. You can tell she gets this all the time.
Yes there is a way to help, fix your broken system!

Just want my refund back
I ordered two by mistake I tried to stop in but nobody would pick up the phone I sent the other one back and they still wont refund my money I didnt even open it dont worry I have a big mouth Ill tell everybody do not order from this company
