Would you hire someone to do your taxes if they have been evicted many times from apartment complexes for not paying their rent ?

Would you hire someone to sell your home or buy one if they don’t even own one ?

Most likely not, specially when they are trying to scam you and rob you.

This is the case of Andrea Lawrence who has been evicted many times from apartments. Most recently from Vista Largo Apartments where she was sued back in September 2018 for not paying her rent!

Then just this month she was sued by a home owner because she has been trying to scam this family through a Real Estate sale.

How do we know all of this?

This info can be found online through the public records of Palm Beach County and there is about 20 of us who have gotten together in order to file legal and factual complaints against Andrea Lawrence.

She will try to scam you by over charging you, by drafting a contract for 1 or 2 years when it should be for 3 month max, by asking for 4 % commission or more when is usually 3 % per Real Estate agent, and by asking for cancellation fees of $2k or more!

Don’t let this scammer fool you and report her and if you have signed a contract with her run and cancel it ASAP because she won’t work to sell your house.

If you are talking about Taxes then stay away from her, obviously she is a scammer who has to be sued many times in Court.

We understand that sometimes people have financial struggles but since she is a scammer and tries to rob honest families then we are not sorry for her financial struggles.
