Worst Real Estate experience. I wouldn’t recommend this Realtor for the following reasons. 1. Gets into verbal arguments with other realtors. 2. Does not provide you with accurate CMA nor Provides you with CMAs when requested. 3. Lack of experience, couldn’t even open up the doors for all the homes we went to see and asked me to open up the doors for her which as the client I shouldn’t be opening doors for her. 4. The first pictures she took and the only ones she took were taken by her teennager daughter Who isn’t professional photographer nor a real estate agent and they were taken with an iPhone, all crooked, bad quality and with my toddler daughter showing up on the pictures. 5. Make numerous contract errors during the little time she spent on doing it. Listed me as a selller when I was the buyer, the first contract for my house has the wrong selling price vs the initial listed price, and many more errors that not even a rookie real estate agent would make. 5. Greedy and dishonest. A normal realtor for a non luxury real estate would give you a contract for 3 to 6 months and not a year! A normal and honest real estate agent won’t ask for $2,000 if the contract is broken when most Real estate agents won’t even ask for any money and if they do, they ask for $500 max, but given the fact that I drove everywhere, I found the properties I wanted to see, I took the pictures for my own listing and even wrote the listing description, it is an outrage that Andrea Lawrence from West Palm Beach will ask for $2k when she didn’t even work for it nor invested that money. 6. Doesn’t return calls, doesn’t reply to emails until you have asked at least 3 times and a week hasn’t passed by. 7. Refuses to take my home off the market. DO NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT WONT BE TRYING TO STEAL MONEY FROM YOU.
