I recently visited a &Pizza for lunch by myself and ordered a pizza. I placed the order at the kiosk at the restaurant, selected my toppings and instructed for a clean knife cut due to allergies and such.
When I received the pizza, it was good, however towards the end of the pizza, I had like 3 slices left and found a piece of ham on the pizza. I do not eat pork products and I brought it to the manager's attention. He initially stated it may be from the knife that was used, I said I had asked for a clean knife cut, he then said oh yea all of our pizzas are cut with a clean knife. I said maybe a piece of ham fell in the bucket with the veggie bucket and hence got put on the pizza.
He said yea maybe, he had a very poor attitude. He said well if you told us before you ordered, then we can make sure no pork is on your pizza? Huh? Why would I assume anything other than what I ordered would be on the pizza.
He said well what do you want me to do? I am not giving you a new pizza you ate almost all of it. I didnt even want another pizza, i said maybe move your meats to one side and veggies to anther side.
He didnt care at all, didnt even apologize. I also saw him go out the front door and smoke a cigarette and didnt wash his hands and started to handle food without gloves.
