How do I make an exchange?
Horrible website n no person to talk to.. I sent the suit back with a detailed note about what suit I want to exchange for with all the paperwork n proof of purchase so hoping to get the new suit

Return attempted for TWO unworn with tags on bathing suits today Wed 8/2. When attempting to return items - it states not eligible for return and return expired on 8/2/23.
I am so confused and disappointed as TODAY is 8/2.
I returned to the country yesterday and planned to return these 2 suits today but cannot.
TODAY is 8/2!
I am so disappointed and unhappy in Andies.
Cannot even contact customer service and speak to a live person.

I love the suits and planned to order more from andies in the future but unless this can be resolved above I will not use andies ever again and also discourage anyone else to ever use andies - mainly bc you cant return anything on THE day it said return expired? No cutoff time no info nothing.
