I ordered a Platinum adjustable bed base from Sven and Son website. When it arrived, it wasn't the bed I ordered. And in spite of photographic evidence in which the differences are clearly seen, AND the owners manual that shows it's a different--cheaper--series of bed, they refuse to admit their mistake or correct it. I am now filing consumer complaints everywhere because this is unbelievably ridiculous.

IT'S NOT ANDERSON AND SONS, PC, IT'S SVEN AND SON IN FL. They sell beds and bed bases.

The worst auto buy I've ever experienced

Not only were we taking advantage of, we relied to and played like a fiddle to buy this vehicle from them only to turn around less than 21 days later and find them taking it upon paying over half of the amount of total
