Tenant Viewpoint

As a tenant at a property managed by Anderson Property Management (located in Edina, MN), I can share that this company will promise being "small-business" friendly and will do everything that they can to make operating a business difficult. Communication from Anderson Property Management is terrible.

I waited 5 months for follow-up from a meeting and never heard anything until I initiated the conversation. The garbage facilities for our location are disgusting. Building issues are not addressed and when they are then tenants are charged for the maintenance.

If you are a landlord and want to build long-term tenants, I would stay away from this company. If you are a tenant in an Anderson Property Management building then I would be prepared for continual challenges.
