    Anderson claims they called several times. We have no record of any phone calls or text messages before posting our original review after waiting almost 10 days for them to contact us with an estimate.

    By that time we had selected another flooring business to do the work. No need for a resolution or further discussion as the review is intended for customers who may consider Anderson in the future.

    Do not recommend Anderson. We requested an estimate to refinish our hardwood living room floor, upstairs hallway and stair steps.

    They sent an estimator out who promised an estimate in a couple of days. After five days we called Anderson asking about the estimate and was told they’d send is soon. 10 days later we called again and was told the owner would contact us.

    Nothing. Bottom line “never trust a company that’s too busy to be responsive when you’re looking to hire them for a job!”

    • Failed to provide an estimate after visit by job estimator
