Anderson Bat Company will not stand behind their products!!!
Purchased a $279 little leage bat recently and it only lasted 3 months before severe denting caused it to be illigal for use in little league play. Customer Service sent a replacement bat but that lasted less than 3 weeks!
before cracking and become unusable. The 2nd bat had never been used in a game, just practice. $300 and 4 months of use is not what I call a good value.Terrible customer service, the CS manager explained that when buying Anderson BAts the buyer beware that they are going to break and that it's made for performance not longevity. Why do they offer a 1 yr warranty?
I think it's BS and they'll never get another penny from me. I reccomend that anyone considering Anderson BAt company products to pass and go with a reputable company that will stand behind their products.
