Horrible customer service after the sale
I have purchased 6 new GM vehicles over the last 10 years and have never had a complaint with a dealership until I purchased from Andean. Initially had an issue with optional equipment (which required GM intervention to get them to honor).
My purchasing paperwork contains errors.
I have left numerous messages with the Finance department and sent emails to the Sales Manager about closing out an extended warranty and cannot get them to contact me (I now live 4 hours from the dealership). I would recommend that you run, not walk, away from Andean Chevrolet.

Very poor
My 2013 Buick lacrosse has a transmission failure. I took it to Andean Chevrolet in *** GA on September 10, 2013.
As of September 18th they have yet to come up with a resolution.
It is under warranty. I have called them over 5 times during this time frame and left messages to call me back however I get no return call.
