Don't ever expect your issue with a product to get resolved. This company believes that none of their products can be defective.
They can be, because I received one.
The second and most major issue is how they deal with consumer's. If you read through our messages here where I posted my complaint, you will find that good customer service does not exist within this company.
You as the consumer you DO NOT MATTER TO ETSY. Well, Andaluca homes and Etsy make a great pair. I received a wreath as a gift from Andaluca homes. It was a very expensive dried flower wreath sent by my bougee friend.
The wreath constantly shed. There was supposed to be a little shedding in the box and that was it. It kept on shedding. I never took it out of the crate.
I tried in vain to make Andalulca homes understand that this wreath was not going to stop shedding. I sent many pics. Three different sets of pics to show them the shedding. They actually told me that the wreath was fine.
I explained to them that hanging this on my door and constantly sweeping up dried flower debris should not be a part of the buying experience. I sent the wreath back and my bougee friend got her money back.

The first thing I want to remind you of is the name of this website. It's called Pissed Consumer.
If you can find a good review on this website, then more power to you. The second is, is if you would have taken the time to actually read my messages between us, that are clearly posted on Etsy, you would find that I said, I was not hanging the wreath on my door. I explained the reason to you as well. Why hang a wreath that was never going to stop shedding?
I was the one that has keep sweeping every time I opened and closed the door because of the shedding. Don't come back at me and say that is not verbatim. It's not, but it's pretty close. About the replacement.
I never requested a replacement, because as a consumer that had proven through multiple pics that your wreath was never going to stop shedding, it was you that should have offered a replacement to keep the customer happy. But no, you made it perfectly clear that there was nothing wrong with that wreath. So, I left it up to my bougee friend to deal with getting her refund. I just had to mail it back.
You have proved my point with your messages here. You and your company are not worth any consumer's time and money.
I can say this because of my personal experience. So, since you've shown me and anyone who reads this your true colors, no, I do not accept your apology and Karma is still coming.
Yes we saw the shedding and gave an explanation why. Thenwe authorized a prepaid return label and refunded at our own expense.
You never requesteda replacement but are mad that a replacement wasnt shipped? Why would we replace it with your feedback if you didnt ask? You got this as a gift then disparaged your friend that is buying you gifts which was no fault of her own. That is pretty shameful you go to post publicly on the internet abouy your "bougee" friend.
Looking at your negative reviews history maybe find a hobbie besides complaining about free gifts your friends bought you. Same thing would likely have happened on replacement wasting more time and money. Guess we will get all the karma for shipping dry flowers wreaths that shed some flower petals from shipping. You contradict yourself on the review saying it was shedding from your door but you never even took it out the box?
One of your photos is literally a spec of dried flower stem that is smaller than a pin.... Just embarrasing some people dont have anything to do but complain about a free gift that cost them nothing.

Wow, you are your company have no shame. I proved to you that the wreath I received was well beyond normal shedding.
It kept shedding and shedding and sent you photo's to that effect, never once removing it from the crate enclosure. I'm not the person that got the refund. It was my friend who sent it to me as a gift. What should have happened, is that you sent me a brand new wreath and allowed me to dispose of the wreath that was defective.
Instead, you treated the person that actually received the wreath like my opinion and my customer service experience did not matter to you. I still stand by my "karma is a b" comment.
