False Advertisement

I ordered a Jewel Neck dress from Andaaz Fashions. This was the most important feature to me because I don't like these spots I have on my neck.
The product I received was about 2" lower than the base of my neck, where a choker would sit.
I contacted Andaaz Fashions and they first offered me 10% of $132 as a refund. I refused. Sent a couple more emails and now they are offering me a 15% refund of the original $132 cost. I refuse any partial refund because THEY sold me a dress that is clearly different from what was advertised.
I did nothing wrong. I didn't ask them to change the neckline, they just didn't know that this feature of the dress advertised would be that important to anyone.
Well it is very important to me. Now Andaaz Fashions is being difficult and not honoring to allow me to return for a full refund.
