I ordered an AndaSeat chair (Order #AD22143) and needed a simple invoice for a work expense report. What followed was one of the worst customer support experiences I've had.
Over 2+ weeks, I contacted support multiple times and opened 5 separate Zendesk tickets. Every single response was the same copy-paste non-answer: "the order confirmation has been sent to your email, please check it." I never received anything not in inbox, not in spam. My employer would not accept a printed order page from the website. Support could not or would not provide a proper invoice despite repeated escalations.
The worst part: when I finally left a negative Trustpilot review, AndaSeat emailed me twice asking me to delete my review rather than actually solving my problem. They never sent the invoice. Zero resolution, just pressure to silence my honest feedback.
The chair product itself is good. But their post-purchase support is nonexistent and they actively suppress negative reviews.
