Poor service

Additionally, I purchased the brand new unit for my house that they installed and now they cant guarantee that they can do the work of any type. Even under warranty.this is unacceptable.

Resolved: Trying to scam people into buying parts not needed
- Salesperson tried to sell $4,000 in parts for an AC.
- Second tech found only the blower motor faulty.
- Labor and parts totaled $300 and the A/C now works.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
And the salesperson tried to sell me $4,000.00 worth of parts for an 8-year-old A/C unit. Gave me a list of everything wrong; I said forget it.
Had another come out and check the unit, and the only thing wrong was the A/C blower motor. It only cost $300.00 for labor and parts. A/C is now working great.
I will never refer or use them again. Good luck if you want to overpay for parts you probably don't need.

AND Services Plumbing depart is not honest. They are charging me for work they never did. And still havent. I had to get an attorney
- Charged a deposit for work that was never performed after two weeks.
- They called the credit card company and claimed to have proof of the work.
They charge me for some work I had to put a deposit on. Two weeks after paying the deposit they never cane to do the work.
So I called the credit card company and canceled the charge.
They called the credit card company and tole them they had proof of the work. Now how can you have proof of something you have never done.
- Solar department work better and gave good customer service
- Plumbing department is dishonest

- Plumber did not perform the promised work.
- After two weeks they never came.
- Charge canceled; they claimed proof and warned about American Express.
the plumbing depart was suppose to do some work for me. I had to put a deposit down, after 2 weeks went by the never came out.
I called my credit card company and canceled the charge. AND Services told the Credit card company they had proof. How do you have proof about work you never did. The Credit Company is American Express, do not use American Express either they do not look after their customers.
I have an attorney now to get everything straight.
DO NOT USE AND Services for anything. And DO NOT USE AMERICAN EXPRESS!!!

They suck
2 salesmen came out acting like fake ac techs. ended up telling me I needed a 12.000 new unit when it was a collapsed return air line.do not use

Harassment by workers
- The solar installers harassed a neighbor.
- They used slurs and baited another homeowner on the roof; BBB gave them an F and Yelp one star.
There to do a solar installation but harassed a neighbor instead. While on roof they made statements about another homeowner, using of slurs and calling out trying to bait homeowner.
Extremely unprofessional and infantile. After that I went to the internet to see what was up
