They dont even have a customer service number to call and speak to someone anymore. All they have is an email address and even then, they DO NOT respond back.

What type of customer service is that? I was seriously in need of their service, thank God theres other legitimate companies who offer the same service, but better and actually respond to their customers and have an actual phone number to call where you can speak to someone directly.

Theres no working customer service number and I need to speak with someone. The number I called said to email customer service and I did.

I havent heard any back. What type of business doesnt have a telephone number?

I have sent numerous emails on my refund that I put in on June 25th countless times they claimed waiting here from billing on my 1000 refund they asked for my address 4 times dont they sign our leases!! They told again a check was reissued still never got it - my next step is the police and Im suing these ppl r stealing my money very easy to take it but then when u dont need there services they dont want to refund they messed with the wrong customer !!

I will be placing formal complaints with the bbb as well as informing and placing a review on every site possible letting Everyone know about your disgusting, money hungry tactics. I called you as well as emailed to let you know my father is dying of cancer and I cannot move forward and you Refuse to gibe me a refund.

Do NOT be fooled by this "sweet-colorful-words-writing-acting-like-a-victim-ROBBER!" They WILL take your money! And, they will not call you, or email you, or "help" you-unless you are giving them your credit card numbers-and then, they ghost you.

AGAIN and AGAIN. Sweet, huh? This lady, "Hazel" is delusional -acting all selfless helper-LOL. Because it is so SWEET to rip people off-go behind her "clients" back-to finagle with the apartment complex.

She doesn't help anyone-Anyone can get there own apartment! All that money-give it to the apartment you want to rent from as a deposit, if you have louse credit-so you can get it back-at the end. Do NOT give it to these people-it will be THERE apartment-AND the initial rent you are quoted from the complex when you tour it? THIS.

WILL. CHANGE. When Anchor Your Assets background check comes back, and BAD CREDIT (yes-you know the reason why you think they are "helping" you in the first place).. The apartment complex will say Actually, 2 days later-the deposit is THIS amount (HUGELY more than was initially because of the Anchor Your Assets credit, the leasing agent will inform you..).

And when you realize that NOTHING Anchor Your Assets says is the truth once you actually go to the apartment, and then even more so, when the apartment highers the deposit (because of Anchor Your Assets..) You. Will.Wish.You.Never.Got.Involved.With.Them. And then-after you recover from the many lies and have recovered most of your money(as Anchor Your Assets WONT give it back..)then you wonder why that apartment you backed out on within 3 days-that the complex was to send back to you never came -because Anchor Your Assets called them and had it changed to there name and sent to them, behind your back! I AM NOT GETTING ANYTHING OUT OF THIS.

anchor your assets lease guaranty that goes by anchoryourassets.com and anchoryourassetsinc.com advertises that you get an apartment approval without "paying a dime" upfront right on their webiste, front and center. when you apply and get ready to use their service you are told by a kevin jackson that it costs $497 up front to start the service- without any approval like they advertise on their webiste.

i googled their address online and this company has no real office and is located at a PO box in New York purchased from https://www.earthclassmail.com/addresses/ny there is not telling where these scam-artists are really located... they say they are at this 'office' but the PO box company confirmed there are no real offices at this location and only a 'virtual PO box'...

I contacted them in June and moved into my apt in July. Hazel and Mary did everything they said they would. Could not be more happy!
