Percentage brake down
Hello, my name is Maher Hazim Aziz. I recently did a DNA test along with my wife Silvia.
She received hers with a breakdown of all the countries with the percentage of each country. Where I only received a two lump sum of percentages. 65 percent Anatolia and the Caucasus and 35 percent Levant. Those two geographical locations have many countries within.
How come my wife received a breakdown with percentages but I did not?
Any way you can provide me with the breakdown, it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Newspapers.com sent me confirmation that my account has now been canceled so should not hear from them again. Still waiting for *** resolution.
Got confirmation from Newspapers.com that they have now canceled my account.
Turns out I used up my "free trial" in 2016 (how would I remember that?) - so no free trial for me, but no one told me that. I cancelled subscription online before end of 14 day period and actually took video because I don't trust anyone. They charged me $146 for an actual subscription anyway. I called but they refused to reimburse me.
Also this attaches me to Newspapers.com which as far as I know is also "free" - but now I don't trust any of them and I want to make sure this is all cancelled and I will be refunded my $146 C. I do not see a way to "cancel" Newspapers.com so unsure of what will happen.

4th Request for DNA Sample
I have received my 4th request for DNA sample. I tried to cancel and ask for a refund, but by the time Ancestry requested my 2nd DNA sample, time lapsed.
I am so frustrated that I'm tired of sending in DNA Samples. Just refund me my money. Obviously there's a problem on YOUR Side, if you can't figure out by the 3rd DNA sample.
I didn't smoke or eat or brush my teeth after the 1st sample, but yet here you are requesting a 4th SAMPLE!!! Your stupid online chat with LEIF just sends me in circles with no actual answers.

Customer support setup is predatory. Absolutely preying on elderly people.
I've been trying to get support for almost 30-45 minutes PER DAY for A WEEK to get a refund for my subscription.
This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I demand a refund immediately.
I feel bad for anyone who is not technologically savvy, this is straight up horrible business practices that is taking advantage of people.
