I need a repair on my device and I cannot get support
I purchase my Anbernic RG35XXX H on TikTok shop, I did not ask for a refund I just want it fixed. TikTok seems to be a trusted seller of Anbernic, yet they cannot tell me how to get it repaired.
I am now seeing this is a common issue with the system, to get a yellow indicator light when charging but will not power on.
I enjoyed this device, it is still factory, and I always store it in its original box when not in use. It simply quit working please help.
