Dumb *** *** If Incould give the hairstylist a 1/2 for effort I would do it. This was my first time at this salon, I told the stylist I wanted my hair a permanent Amethyst purple color.

She showed me hair color samples and I selected the color. Not one time did this woman tell me she couldnt get that specific purple. She basically botched my hair and the results were a red and pinkish color no ways near being purple. I paid $167 for a botched hairstyle.

I spoke with the stylist she told me I had to use a semi permanent purple color. She told me she bleached all the other color from my hair to get a purple but if she did do as she told me my hair shouldve take to purple. No need for bleach because I wanted to have a dark purple. As a professional stylist over 25 years experience she shouldve told me Before attempting to color my hair it wouldnt work.

However she told me everything after the fact. I am devastated. My hair has no color and looks horrible. I prefer a refund for the botched attempt to dye my hair purple- its not worth taking to small claims court because of the fees.

She told me she did her job - you a LIAR! You actually took my money knowing that you didnt perform or do as you were told to dye my hair Amethyst. Its more of a burgundy pink something color not purple. I hope Karma comes back to you and that shop this is a botched hairstyle and very unprofessional.

I believe you over bleached my hair and kept the chemicals in my hair longer than necessary. And stop shifting the blame on me for your error in judgement. I was your client and came to you for a service. Instead of you telling me upfront it couldnt be done or what might happen with the bleaching process.

You didnt have to bleach my hair anyways It was to be darker just apply a purple dye.

Now she told me if I want her to semi dye my hair it would costs more -
