Searched for a local shop in midwest city Oklahoma. Amyflorist.com showed up. Ordered flowers yesterday at 9am cst, got a delivery confirmation at 7pm cst, flowers were never delivered. Called and called until someone answers, manager unavailable.
Turns out they are located in california. Got an email today with a refund confirmation, no refund issued per my bank. Did not ask for a refund either. Called 4 times until someone answered, no manager available.
Waited three days, still haven't heard back. No flowers, no refund.

After further research it is obvious that this is a scam website preying on individuals like me who didn't do a bit of basic research.
I am writing this complaint in hopes that others don't fall for these sleazy scammers. Avoid Amy Florist at all costs!!!

Flowers not delivered for a memorial service. When I called to check status on cancel order I was even an attitude. I have left messages regarding my refund and no one has called me back.

I ordered flowers on a Thursday afternoon, to be delivered to the funeral home before Saturday. The flowers never showed up.
This florist advertises as a local florist. It is not. The customer service is without a doubt the worst I've ever experienced in my lifetime. I called Monday and the fellow who answered the call simply said they would verify whether it was delivered or not and precede from there.
I said how long until I could expect to hear something. He said 2 or 3 days. He seemed to be rushing me off the phone by his abrupt responses. I hung up and then decided to call him back.
He answered and I ask how he was going to verify whether they were delivered, since no one ever signs for flowers. He said he would check with the florist who was supposed to deliver them. I said, you're not the florist who delivered them and he said "No". He said they were not local.
I told him his advertising is false, because it appears to be a local florist.
The listing online said "Amy Florist, Owensboro, Family owned". This is definately a scam!
