Buyer Beware! Avoid Amy, Inc
I received an item from Amy Inc in Scottsdale, AZ for Christmas from my partner. He had been assured by the salesperson that the item would fit because we were the same size and it fit her. She insisted (pushy) The item did not even come close to fitting (think "high water" pants). I tried to return them based on the fact that the salesperson basically guaranteed the fit. The salesperson insisted that the store policy was no refunds, period, regardless. When I asked to speak to the owner I was given the run around. When I said I could just wait until she came in (salesperson refused to call her) she became available by phone. She proceeded to yell at me on the phone and reiterate the no way, no how, no exceptions regardless of misrepresentation. I kept my voice calm (somehow) and re-stated my desire that she be flexible in light of the facts. She yelled some more and hung up. I've never been treated like that. I was told to use store credit. This place has very limited stock, unknown brands, basically tacky clothes (think bedazzled). The only possible thing was another pair of jeans. Of course they didn't have any normal looking ones in my size. Bottom line: DON'T SHOP AT Amy, Inc in Scottsdale, AZ

Amy refused to help me when i asked
I went to the menards on south emerson and southport in Indianapolis, IN today at approximently 2:30 pm, with the intention of buying 4 bags of river rock. i entered throught the lawn and garden door, and asked AMY, who was at the register, if i was correct that you had ran in your add over the week end, 4 bags of river rock for $7.00. after keying in some numbers she said they had roack at $1.75 per bag, ( i did the math myself and arrived at my answer)then she attended to some other people who had just walked up. this is why she didn't hear me or she ignored me whan i asked when they were. i walked off to try my luck looking for them in the rain, i found two stacks of river rocks, or pebbles, or cobbles, since i asked for rocks, i loaded up 4 bags of the larger rocks, and took them to the reg, where Amy was engaged in an after the sale conversation with 2 other customers. I told her that i hoped i had found the right ones, which brought no reply from Amy, but when she rang them up she told me they were not the ones i wanted. at that point i asked if she could show me the right ones? her reply was NO. at this point i left your store. i have had bad customer service from yopur store several times before, the i don't care attitude of your employees, or the i am busy and you are bothering me. i have had some, though be it very little good customer service, which is why i have returned to your store as many times as i have, but i think this was the last time.

Hey Irish! Obviously YOU don't have a life and are responding to posts just to show your *** Learn how to spell and mind your own sorry business!
She did not ignore you you asked one question, she answered it. If you cannot speak for yourself maybe you need an adult to go shopping with you.
What kind reply did you want from her when you said you hoped you found the right ones. That is just something that you say in general and don't expect a reply. Now if you asked her "Are these the correct ones? and she did not understand then it would be in the form of a question.
My guess is that you are still in the first grade and don't know the differece between a question and a statement. After all she did answer your question. I also have a feeling there was more of a reason that she refused to help you. I bet you have no friends and really needed her to talk to you.
Just wanted to make conversation. I bet when the employees were busy helping another customer you interuppted. Ofcourse they don't want to be interupped. This just shows how lonely and friendless you are and how badly you need to talk to someone.
You want good customer service show some manners. Be patient, wait your turn.
